For several years, I've been taking pictures of my daily life in an instinctive, yet obsessive way, increasing this way the number of images of an extensive personal photographic archive, which is the basis of my work. By manipulating these pictures and by means of the photography, I create situations in which, very often, the spectator sees him/herself but in which there is also an unusual atmosphere, an uncertain psychological state, that makes what we thought familiar rebels.

Today, I'm focussing more in performing works where the analogical photo collage is the starring. Photography now is not used as a vehicle for carrying images, but it becomes, even physically (visibly manipulated, sometimes in an aggressive way), the starring of the work, a first level plastic tool with expressive independency that provides new characteristics to the works and questions the limits of the strictly photographical.
